I wasn't able to use the pictures that you had provided me with, LadyofShalott, so I did three more dresses in case the white one wasn't exactly what you were looking for. Hopefully one of them suits you. 
This was a shoe-swap, as well. The base mesh is LianaSims2's T003 mesh (this may or may not be policy-breaking, I'm not sure, as Liana's policy isn't clear about that. I used this mesh only because I was having a difficult time finding a suitable teen mesh), and the shoes are Prikkie's TS3-to-TS2 conversions, but I used the ones that TxPrincessShan converted to teens. Thank you so much to those three creators for their lovely creations.
As this is my first shoe-swap, please let me know if anything is wonky with the mesh. Everything seemed fine when I tested it in-game, but you never know what I could have screwed up.
