Oh, and happy sweet sixteen, Cayla! Hope it's a great party. ;D Thanks! I hope so too. I'm having it at the end of February. (my birthday is March 1st) Edit: Playing in the snow!

I'm working on my short story that's due for class in two weeks. Literally four of my classes have huge papers due within the same three or four days, so I'm trying to get a head start on this one. I've already started and stopped two other stories, but I think I actually like the idea of the one that I've got going now.

Currently, I'm sat in my room and it's freezing because our central heating is on the blink. I've just been passed up a mini fan heater and it's sitting on my desk, pointed right at me and I'm still cold. It also sounds like an aircraft taking off, but I'm more than happy to put up with that for a little heat. I should be taking notes on the effects of the French Revolution on Italy, but I really, really can't be bothered, so I'm procrastinating.

I was working on my paper for my class on the history of photography, but then I looked at the clock and realized that it was already midnight. So now I'm going to goof off (which I have essentially been doing all day. The busiest weekend of my college career thus far and suddenly my social life kicks in--figures, eh?). So now I'm replying to some threads and contemplating watching an episode of Friday Night Lights.

Planning my wedding. No, I'm not getting married--I'm not even out of high school yet!--but I plan to one day, and I want it to be perfect. I just found a website with millions of wedding-related pictures that you can add to bundles (aka specific groups) and it's like a girl with OCD's dream. I have about twenty bundles for specific things, like table decor, candle covers, napkins, and boutonnieres. I get so excited over these things. So far my perfect wedding is nautical-themed.
I'm also proof reading a sonnet I wrote for English that's due tomorrow. Making sure every line has ten syllables, and that the iambic pentameter is correct. Fuuuun.

Laundry. Well, I'm actually waiting for the washer to free up (26 minutes to go!), because the other one is broken and has been all year. But, seriously, who is doing laundry at 11 o'clock at night on a Thursday?

Internally crying. So. Many. Deadlines.
I'm trying to research a bunch of computer accessories for my computing coursework that's barely even started and due in on Friday--it's insanely difficult to find external solid state storage devices with a read rate of 500mb/s. Just saying. Then there are all the second exams next week--and then all the final exams next month. Scottish school system be seriously mad, I've got to say. I've not been around at all for the last couple of months because school is a harsh task master and I'm trying not to fail maths...
I'm also trying to work out where I should stick up my The Hobbit poster because it just fell off the wall on to my head. ACK.

Procrastinating. I have a big English paper due Thursday and I've barely started. I've been productive in doing all my chores and other homework, but have avoided this. Ugh

Reading and listening to Glee covers. Today is the second day of Spring Break for me, and my mother, father and I just got back from Red Robin. I had a turkey BLTA. Yup. My life is exciting. I'm also picking at my Easter candy. My mother said this was the last year she would put together Easter baskets for us, considering my brother is pushing nineteen and she'd rather be eating candy for herself rather than giving loads to us. I'm cool with it, though. I've pretty much banned soda and candy from my life.

Trying to figure out the new Photobucket layout. I get really confused and messed up when a website makes things even more confusing and complicated -_-" Also going on a huge Sims 2 download spreee. I've been in the mood to build houses and whatnot verymuchso lately, but I hate building in TS3 for some reason. I think it's because of the lighting and the whole CAS thing overloads my brain with so many options ;P So, with my TS2 downloads folder pretty bare I've been working on fixing that.
On top of all of that, EASTER CANDY. My Mom has been on a diet so it's nice to see some chocolate after so long. She went a little crazy though.. might take me a while to actually eat it all, if I don't get sick of chocolate by then..

Avoiding stuff I should be doing. I have a lot of homework for my computer class due tonight that I need to get done, and a huge english essay due Wednesday that I should start... Bleh, I hate school in springtime. There's just so much work! (If anyone was wondering why I haven't been around much, wonder no more ). I'll probably try to get them things done quickly. But then again, it's really really nice outside, so I might take a walk instead.

I'm almost finished reading A Game of Thrones, and it's making me want to make a Medieval Sims game. Any of you guys know any good sites with downloads based on a Medieval theme?

The Plumbbob Keep is a goldmine for medieval stuff. I've got a few links saved on my computer but I'm on my phone so I can't link you. But that's a good place to start.
I'm playing Back to the Future: The Game right now, but I'm about to leave for school.

I just got back from my second trip to the dining hall today (I have so many meal swipes left) where I had nothing but a cup of coffee. My school's on lockdown because of the manhunt for the Marathon bomber, so we can't leave and therefore I have very little to do at the moment.
I'm probably going to watch an episode of One Tree Hill. I'm really not proud of this. It's a really, really bad show, and I don't understand the love for it.
