I didn't long get back in, but it was amazing. I've always watched the films out of loyalty to the book and author, and sometimes I felt like they fell short - or very short - of my expectations, and since then I lowered them drastically. But this last one is mind blowingly good. The only thing that doesn't tally up is that Harry has his mothers eyes > young Lilly has deep brown eyes?? Ah well, still brilliant!
The 3rd book (too lazy to write the title) will always be my favourite, and Neville will always be my favourite character.

young!Lilly's in this one?? EEEEE! I definitely can't wait, PLEASE let there be young!Snape in this too, that'd be too awesome. ^-^ I *am* a shipper of those two, but at the same time the series definitely wouldn't be the same if they had happened, LOL. (like for example, I definitely understand why she picked "Potter", rather than "Harry Snape", lol. =P) But in those beloved AU ideals & fics I've yet to read? HEE... ^-^ *all hyper now*

Oh my goodness, I saw the 3D midnight premier with my friend Elizabeth last night. It was seriously amazing. My favorite part was the glasses that were shaped like Harry's.

OMG. I saw Harry Potter this afternoon. I loved it! It was so amazing! Really amazing!!! I just can't believe that it's finished! I can't remember a time that it hasn't been in my life! I actually can't! Although, it was reeeally close but I didn't cry. I never cry at films though. (Except Toy Story 3...) Soo... (spoilers, guise!) OMG! Fred! I loved the twins... I didn't cry though! Neville <3 I loved him so much in this film. I'm honoured to say my best friend's dog is named after him! :} I also liked Professor McGonagol (sp?) I think she's awesome "I've always wanted to use that spell!" I haven't read the book yet (eeeeh) and so I didn't know what was going to happen, I just loved the way that it all tied together. I was like huh? Snape's not a bad guy?! Is Draco a bad guy!? IS DUMBLEDORE A BAD GUY!? Luckily, all became clear... I think. I could ramble on forever, but i'll stop there! I may have to see it again.

Ohmygosh I just saw the movie yesterday and.... I have crossed over to Sanpe's side. Spoilers ahead!! I mean, I read the books, so I knew everything about Snape, but it never really made me change my view of him. It was like, "Oh, so now he's a good guy. Whatever. He'll still be bad to me." But once they showed that first clip with little Lily and Petunia and then the cutest little Snape came out... I'm all Team Snape now lol.
Shoot, I was more sad about Snape dying in the movie than I was Fred, and Fred was ALWAYS my favorite character. There's something not right there....

None movie goers, and none Potterheads, be warned spoilers ensue... I have got to admit mini Snape was beautiful in a none pervy way, but just exactly how the character needed to be to win you over, just so cute! It was really funny going at midnight because everyone was cheering and whooping everything. In fact, the only thing that didn't get an applause was Voldy's death, I guess we all knew that was coming. But somehow his death seemed the least important thing to me, I was just so in love with Neville. Fred, Lupin and Tonk's deaths in the book always tug on my heartstrings, but the film didn't do that, it was just like 'here's the dead, and here's Harry and his tormented/thinking face'. Still, I love book Lupin and book Fred so much!
