Just home from a play - The Laramie Project - put on by the drama society. At the end, when I was verging on teariness from the performance, one of the cast calls down this girl from the audience. I hadn't a clue what was happening - until the cast member gave the sound guy the cue to play a nice song, before taking this girl's hands in his and telling her how she was the only girl he'd ever loved. By the time he'd gotten down on one knee and produced a ring, I'd figured what was going on - and I teared up properly. It was so unexpected, but not cheesy like those scenes are in movies, and all in all it was just one of the most emotional moments I've experienced in a while. God knows what the couple was feeling! She said yes. Not something to be forgotten in a long time. I was elated just to share in their happiness, as were the rest of the audience and the other cast members. Feel good evening!

Just home from a play - The Laramie ProjectIs that the one about the young gay man? Matthew Shepard, I think? My friend starred in that a couple of years ago, and I went and saw her in it (also, the story of that proposal is just adorable--I wish that I could have witnessed it!). I saw today the first part of the BBC production of Tess of the D'urbervilles for my lit class. Oh. My. God. Fantastic. I need to figure out how I can finished the rest. I'm not so much regretting having to read the book now (although ask me again once I actually start it). Also, my best friend is coming to visit tomorrow (well, today--it's after midnight), and I'm so excited to see her, though I have admittedly seen her two or three times already since the school year has started.

Two words: hot chocolate. From a local gas station. Okay so I guess that's 7 words, and it sounds kind of nasty. But it's the best hot chocolate I've ever had, all chocolatey and creamy and warm... It's amazing. And now I want more.
Hmm, I'm actually trying to find a legitimate good thing that happened today, but I can't. It's not that it's been a horrible day, just a normal rainy Monday. My first class was canceled this morning, I guess that's one. But then I sat in the room for a couple of minutes like an idiot because I didn't see the notice on the door. XP

I bought a new manga--Dengeki Daisy. I've already read most of the series (up to book 8) but I want to actually have the books now instead of having to re-read them on my phone. I also got some frozen yogurt. On other news, a boy [that I'm completely in love with] in my math class talked to me--like, legitimately talked to me--and I aced my piano lab final. Whew.

WELL. Let's think. I'm about to make myself Tim Hortons chocolate (MMM!). I didn't get any Law homework tonight (my teacher is being extremely nice lately, though it may be because we have an assignment and a test to start studying for...). Lastly, I finally got the topics we can use for the English essay on "Of Mice and Men" we're working on, so I can get that finished. I'm getting slammed with a bunch of assignments/tests in school this week.

Hmm, well, it's Friday, and I only have one day of school next week before Thanksgiving break (yays!). I'm going to be seeing Breaking Dawn tomorrow, which I guess is a good thing. I used to be a huge Twilight fan, but ever since all the fame hit it, I kind of hate it now. Honestly, the only reason I'm going is because I haven't seen my friend in a long time... But whatever, I'm glad it's the last movie and I won't have to sit through Kristen Stewart anymore... I'm still have my Team Jacob and Team Seth shirts though. Just cause werewolves are amazing.

I saw a friend of mine today that I haven't seen in a really long time. I've missed her.

I bought a piece of luggage and some leg warmers today (both of which I love <3), plus I helped my dad put up the Christmas lights on our house. Good day.

I got to sleep until 11:30 this morning with absolutely no interruptions. I might drag up some Christmas decorations today. Too soon? I don't know.

I'm only 200 words behind on my novel and I should be caught up by tomorrow! Considering I've been struggling with it all month by being behing by 3000 words, safe to say, I'm pretty pleased. And writing puts me in the most fabulous mood. (Yes, fabulous. I am weird )

I just read a fanfic I wrote a little over a year ago that I completely forgot about, and it was actually pretty good. I totally surprised myself, considering I wrote the greater part of it really late at night (I like writing after 10 PM. It just comes easier to me. I know, it's a little weird). It made me all happy and nostalgic and made me want to write another fanfic.
And then tomorrow I'm going Christmas shopping and then a birthday dinner for a friend... It should be a pretty good day.

Today I think my crush was trying to get my attention. He would pick on me (jokingly) and then smile really big at me.

I finished my Christmas shopping today, well, more or less. The shops were busy and full of Christmas music so I'm feeling really cheerful. I just need to get my brother a onesie and my best friend a panda hat and I'm sorted! I also got my own money card in the mail today which is exciting.
