Hi All 
This is my new lot i'am working on. it is 4 apartment's all have 4 bedroom's and 4 bathroom's.
Each apartment also has a basement wich has a pool, and a small gym.
the Glen Dale apartment's are very modern. i'am taking my time with this new lot as it is coming along perfect i'am paying attention to detail with this ine, it is one of my best modern build's as of yet. and i hope to have it finished sometime next week as it will also be play tested. i have used some cc on this lot too i tried not to but i'am a sucker for cc as you can see from the picture's. so i just thought i would give you all a sneak paek at the next lot. and to let you all know i'am still here.see the pics here.

Wow thanks neff your new creation will come just in time my new family mom Donna is due any day now with her second set of twins I upload a Pic of them Jackson her Hubby is not please cause they already have two twin toddlers Kashia and Kevin.
