Who here has a megahood/uberhood?

I was thinking of adding all the subhoods from all the expansions this summer, along with their universities from here: meetme2theriver.livejournal.com/63030.html and I think it should be fun since I've never played any other premade sims other than the ones from Pleasantview and some of the bin sims.

I already added this subhood: simsasylum.com/tfm/index.php?/topic/2949-custom-subhoods-bucolic-peace-small-farming-community/ and I really liked it because they were different.

So I was just wondering who here plays a megahood/uberhood and what your experiences have been with it.

I, personally, don't have an uberhood, but I'd really like one, despite the fact that I rarely play premade Sims. So, whilst I can't really say from personal experience, all the Moonbeam Trail style uberhood challenges I've read seem to be really interesting.
