General
Name: Luke Scott
Age: 21
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Eye Colour: Grey
Hair Colour: Brown
Occupation: Was a student, has just moved home searching for work
Personality
Sport/Hobbie: Ice hockey and gorge walking.
Likes: Luke enjoys being still. Where his classmates and team mates have always chased a constant thrill, Luke discovered he enjoyed the power of observation much more than participation. As a result he's fairly perceptive and reads people well. Watching the world go by sets him at ease; though his affinity for ice-hockey and gorge walking has remained intact. He enjoys being alone and is therefore difficult to get to know. However, he is always well mannered as he likes to please others, even when the only thought on his mind is how to get away from or out of a situation. He frequently indulges in thick and scrumptious milk-shakes, but swears that they are his only weakness.
Dislikes: Luke doesn't like commitment… or at least commitment outside of his sports. He dislikes when people try to talk him into things that are out of his character and becomes stubborn as hell. He doesn't enjoy when people engage him openly about his love life – or lack of – though he had always hoped that he'd grow out of that embarrassment, but feels ashamed when people taunt him for being single, as if he has failed them somehow, and quite quickly goes off of them on a personal level.
Background story: Luke was raised outside of Lake Owensway until he was nine, at which point his parents dragged him to the city (kicking and screaming in protest) when his great-grandfather fell ill, and they moved in to help out. After his great-grandfathers death, Luke was seen very much as an outsider by his peers, and it is there, he believes, that his love of being left alone stems from. Luke later became accepted and gained a few friends, but during his late teenage years he blossomed from the boy with puppy-fat and nothing to say, into a sport-star with nothing to say. He followed the path laid out for him, school, university, and has now moved back into the city hoping that now is the time his life will really begin.
Personality: Luke is quiet and shy most days, unless you catch him with a hockey stick, in which case he is brutal and terrifying. He was raised to have manners and seldom lets them slide as he is a self-confessed people pleaser when it comes to the little things like holding doors open. Luke feels he has much more to give and prove in life, though he finds putting that across, or himself forward, to be a very big struggle which very few seem to empathise with.
