University Rules for the Legacy Challenge?

Does anybody know where the rules of university/college for The Legacy Challenge Rules can be found (or if they even exist)? I know they did for the classic rules, but for the new rules...? I can't seem to find them, and Boolprop just has a nonexistent link to them.

I found some sort of "Legacy Challenge: College Rules" here. It says they were taken straight from the BBS, so, I think these are the legitimate rules.
