That's a good point, when this whole thing first came about I thought it was in the 20's too.
I also don't get why it has only JUST come about in the last year or so. Historians have known about the Mayans and their calendar for donkey's years so why make a big deal out of it now? You would have thought they would have told everyone the world is going to end a bit sooner wouldn't you? It kind of backs up the theory that it was just to promote the film.

I swear it was supposed to be the 21st or something, and then it changed to the 12 so it could be 12/12/12... Hahahahha!! I had forgotten about that; you're right. All my psychic friends say "earth changes" (which we are having already). They DO say to increase positive output - that's "love and understanding" - for a more positive energy around the planet.
