I finally found it! Not that I looked that hard for the trailer, but the elusive leaked pictures are gone without any trace. Thought I'd share and open a discussion about this below. So let us all know your thoughts. VIDEO (safe link - don't worry) Personally I think that may restore my love for The Sims, simply by being so pretty. But also quite clearly (a positive in my book) the sims haven't been developed yet. There's hope for them! I hope that game-play wise you have the ability to play TS2 style, or 3, but that there is the option and both are included to satisfy both communities

That's stunning! Can definitely see my laptop having a bit of a hissy-fit with those graphics, though! Still, I expect it's still a good few years away yet. I hope that they include elements of both TS2 and TS3 as there are things that I personally like about both games. Thanks for sharing that link, Amy.

I need a new computer for those amazing graphics (if they are real) I feel like EA is focusing more on the environment now them the sims themselves. I want more realistic sims and creditability. (Sims 2 perseonally are better than 3 even is they are more cartoony) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D EXCITED

Thanks for the link, Amy!
Am I the only one who thinks its creepy looking? Its way too realistic to me. We barely see the sims and when we do, its blurred. If this is what its going to be like, I'm not excited.

WOW. I think the furniture and the landscapes look amazing. Those graphics are better than those in some of the older CGI films. The furniture is fairly impressive. Finally, EA have discovered style. As for the sims, I'd say they haven't decided on a solid 'look' for them yet. After all the controversy about the pudding-faced TS3 sims, I'd say they'll put a lot more thought into their appearance in TS4. There's no way my computer would run those graphics easily, but I guess it will be some time until we see it on the shelves.

Actually, I think it's a little creepy how realistic it is too. I mean, I'm all about realistic gameplay, but the video looked more like the CAD program we had to use in housing than a sims game. And my computer can hardly handle the graphics on my game now, little alone those kind of graphics. Aw well, it's just a rough outline of what ts4 might look like, we don't know if it will look anything like that anyway. Thanks for the video Amy! Very cool ideas ahead for the sims.

I don't know if I like how realistic it is, I'm torn. I kind of like the fact that the Sims 2 doesn't look like real life and actually looks like a game. I like the clear difference between real life and a virtual one. Like LadyofShalott said its a rough outline, it could end up being completely different! Guess we will have to wait and see My current laptop also won't be able to handle it. I would only have to open the game case and my laptop would crash lol it struggles with every single sims 2 ep and sp on it I would give my laptop the pc equivalent of a heart attack with the sims 4

I'm saying that I think it may be fake. But if it isn't, I'm going to love it. The only reason I hate Sims 3 is because of what they look like. I really hope if they DO make a Sims 4 that they'll work a LOT more on the Sims :/

Not sure if I'd be so quick to swallow this. The leaked videos for TS2 showed Sims looking and doing different things that just aren't possible with the actual game.

This video is absolutely fake. 1. Maxis is not part of the Sims anymore. In the beginning of the video, it said "Maxis Presents..." 2. I found this video. It's a music video, and the bulk of the "Sims 4" video was made from it. A nice attempt, but it is fake. Fake, fake, fakity fakity fake fake.

I was hoping, because EA bought Maxis they'd just chosen to recycle the name that people link with decent generations of the Sims I did wonder why the buildings were flashing though, I was sat here thinking 'ooh they need to sort their meshes out' well, I hope we get a glimpse at the real TS4 soon enough. Maybe they should reverse it this time, work on the Sims first and the general stuff later :/

I was hoping it was real even while knowing there was something very fake about it.
