{name:Briar#|#picture:5}Briar peeped her head into the gallery taking in the intoxicating smell of paint and fresh wood. The art gallery was quiet as always, except when there were little kids around. Briar's heels clicked on the cold tile making a echoing sound that chilled her spine. She shivered. "Hello? Anybody here?" She shuffled over to the front desk. Out for coffee.-Irene Briar looked over the note and flipped it over. Coffee? Really? Briar slumped into the desk and started spinning in the chair. She stopped and clutched her stomach. "Hello?" she finally repeated. Briar scooped up her stuff and wandered around for a bit.

{name:Janelle#|#picture:7}Janelle had woken up with the odd feeling to go to the art gallary today. She craved to go view some artwork, to see if she found a particular interest in one even and possibly buy it. Parking in the parking lot, she got out of her car and climbed the few steps, pushing open the door slowly as to not disturb anyone. The smell of strong paint hit Janelle hard, actually making her wrinkle up her nose a little bit. Stepping in through the door quietly as to not disturb anyone, she walked up to one of the paintings and began to examine it. She noted how she liked the style and technique that was used in the painting. Janelle decided she would take a quick look over all the art pieces, seeing as she really didn't know much about artwork, though it always had interested her slightly. Walking over to another painting, she noticed Briar standing in a corner looking at a painting as well. She hadn't seen Briar since the nightclub incident, and decided she wanted to catch up and see how Briar had been. "Hey," Janelle greeted Briar, smiling warmly, "How have you been? I haven't see you in what feels like forever." Janelle felt like she had so many questions to ask, but she bit down on her tongue. She didn't want to seem too nosy, even though she was eager to hear about what Briar had been up too and possibly how Brian and Joelle were doing.

{name:Briar#|#picture:5}Briar stepped back and turned around. "Holy baked potato!" She jumped. It was only Janelle. She seemed like she had recovered from whatever she drank at the bar a couple of days ago. "I'm fine. I'm surprised this place is so deserted yet so full of paint." Briar scrunched up her nose to the somewhat foul paint smell. "I bet they are putting up a new exibit." Briar pointed to a place where black clothes were hung up on temporary walls. Briar rubbed her free hand on her dress wiping off her sweat. She looked back at Janelle who seemed to be biting her tongue yet again. Why would she do that? Briar mumbled under her breath trying not to be rude. Briar looked back at the painting Janelle was looking at. It was Briars favorite painting here, it mainly consisted of swirls of many colors and small images that represented feelings. Maybe she should enter one of her drawings? By the looks of it most of the artwork here was painted.

{name:Janelle#|#picture:7}Janelle laughed, "Sorry if I frightened you, I'll give you a better heads up next time. Yea, it is quite deserted here." Janelle looked around, biting down on her tongue once again to stop the bubble of questions sprout once more. Trying to distract herself, she looked at the painting beside her and suddenly got lost in its beauty; the swirls of colours dazzling. "How's the two love birds, Brian and Joelle? Have you heard from them since I last saw you?" She had wondered how her friend Joelle was doing, missing her slightly. Maybe she'd go visit her soon?

{name:Briar#|#picture:5}Briar gripped her hand and pinched it a bit. "Me? Scared? Nah." She shooed the thought of her being scared. "Brian? Joelle? I don't know. The last I heard from them was.." then her phone beeped. She flipped it open. A text from Brian read. Come quick. And bring any of Joelle's friends you know. "What could this mean?" Briar said showing the text to Janelle? "A bridal shower under quick notice? I better go get a gift quick." Briar jotted down a few ideas in her notebook. Another text. She has a case of amnesia. She only remembers few things. Briar showed the text to Janelle and Briar crossed out her list and re-wrote Chocolates, Flower, and a card

{name:Janelle#|#picture:7}Janelle read the text worridly. "How'd she get amnesia? I hope she's alright..." Trailing off, she was upset. Had Joelle forgotten her? She hoped not, since her and Joelle seemed to have become good friends over the little while since Janelle had lived in Lake Owensway. "What should we do, get over there?" Janelle wondered what Briar was jotting down in her notebook as she stood there watching Briar, worried for her friend.

{name:Briar#|#picture:5}Briar gave a reassuring smile. "I'm sure everything will be okay. She must've remembered Brian at least." Briar put her hand on Janelle's shoulder. "Do you want to go over there now? I was thinking of bringing her flowers or drawing some at least." It showed how cheap and artsy fartsy Briar really was.

{name:Janelle#|#picture:7}Janelle smiled weakly at Briar, she liked how she was attempting to comfort her. Janelle did feel a little better, it was a good thing Joelle had at least remembered Brain. "Yea, I would like to go visit her, to see if she's okay. Also, thats a good idea; you're an amazing artist. Did you take classes somewhere?"

{name:Briar#|#picture:5}"Oh...thanks." Briar stammered at the weak grin not sure how to take it. "No, not anymore." She glanced away. "Do you know where her house is? I don't and I don't have a car." Briar adjusted her shoes. Why is making friends so awkward and difficult?

{name:Janelle#|#picture:7}"I have a car, so I could drive us there," Janelle pipped in quickly, "Maybe you could text your brother and ask for directions, since I don't know where she lives either." Janelle was excited to possibly see Joelle again, feeling like it had been forever.

{name:Briar#|#picture:5}Briar glanced down at her phone again. "He's giving me a lift and you could follow us there? He doesn't know the address." Briar folded her hands nervously. "I really do hope she remembers.

{name:Janelle#|#picture:7}"Alright, sounds like a plan." Janelle stood there quietly, beginning to walk towards the exit when she heard Briar speak quietly. Sighing, Janelle looked back at Briar, "I hope she remembers too, and if she doesnt..." Janelle trailed off, eventually continuing in a more positive tone, "Well, then hopefully we can help Brian jog her memory and she won't forget us for too long."

{name:Briar#|#picture:5}{head over to the cherry house}
"He's here." Briar hopped into Brian's car and made sure Janelle was following close behind everytime Briar thought they got too far ahead she'd look back to make sure she was there.
Sure enough they finally pulled up to a quaint white cottage next to what appeared to be a lake.
