(What I've gathered from these threads is that a lot of Simmers are Crime show and Harry Potter freaks, heh.) Lol that is so true! And just to have something to add, I do like watching American Idol, America's Got Talent, The Singing Bee, and contest shows like that. My mom also got me into some of the old tv shows like Dukes of Hazard, The Cosby Show, Family Matters (yep, i'm one of those Urkel lovers), The Golden Girls, and Giligans Island.

My mom also got me into some of the old tv shows like Dukes of Hazard, The Cosby Show, Family Matters (yep, I'm one of those Urkel lovers). Hah, so it is confirmed! And I love Urkel! I don't watch Family Matters much anymore, but I usually watched it just to see him. I told myself "No more anime," but I ended up starting up watching another show while I was waiting for Hetalia to dubbed. Skip Beat.

My daughter LOVES Hetalia... she really got into flags after watching that!
I watch Bones, House, Glee, HIMYM, Big Bang Theory (I'm in love with Sheldon...), Supernatural, Doctor Who, Parks and Rec., Chuck, and Boston Legal. I used to watch Buffy and Angel, but had to live with just watching the discs now. I watched the original Torchwood, and loved it, but I don't know how yay the new series will be.

My mom also got me into some of the old tv shows like... The Golden Girls. Best moment on television is Rose telling Dorothy and Blanche about the herring circus. Betty White is one of the greatest ad-libbers who've ever walked the planet. Straight-faced and all! 1 minute and 14 seconds in.

Whose Line Is It Anyway? (US Version), Everbody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld, All in the Family, Three's Company, Top Gear, Cheers, Knight Rider, Married... with Children, WKRP in Cincinnati, That 70's Show, Parking Wars, Modern Family, and I will admit... Golden Girls - that show is hilarious.
Herring Circus, ahahahahaha!!!

I have a LOT of favorite shows. When I was young I loved the smurfs and I still do I'm glad they are having a movie soon and excited to see it!. Otherwise I love Supernatural, have been watching it for all 6 season . Buffy the Vampire Slayer was an all time favorite, Beverly Hills 90210, Vampire Daries, Smallville, Covert Affairs, Burn Notice, Bones, Suits (new), Franklin & Bash (new), Royal Pain, Necessary Roughness (new), Pretty Little Liars, hmm trying to think of what I DVR all the time . I'm sure I'm missing some but them are my favs that I can think of.

^ I don't follow TBBT, but when I do happen to watch it, I agree - Sheldon makes the show. He's brilliant. I'm not really a TV person to be honest. There's only three programs that I'll consciously settle in to watch, and they are Criminal Minds, The X Factor (just the UK version, though I hear the US one is brilliant) and Downton Abbey. They have like nothing in common between them, but there you go. Of course, that's a destructive combination there, because over here they're shown on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights respectively. I swear, the three of them have killed my social life. x] However, I also love Top Gear; Family Guy; Futurama; CSI (the original); Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr and Graham Norton's chat shows; sometimes The Mentalist; and older episodes of Medium and The Ghost Whisperer. There's heaps of shows that I like, but I don't religiously follow any of them.

I love the Big Bang Theory! I love Sheldon, he is seriously hilarious, definitely the best thing about the show Seriously. I've learned to love Sheldon, despite his quirks. He and Amy (she's also hilarious) make a perfect couple. To revive a dead thread, I'm going to say that I've found a new show that's really cheesy, but for some reason addicting. The Amanda Show. It's so stupid and hilarious. I watch it all the time now.

Oh my god I used to love The Amanda Show! I always used to watch it on Nickeloadeon (Is that spelt right? Its been a while) I used to love the Literal family and Judge Judy, and of course the two dancing lobsters, ah takes me back a few years lol. You're right it is cheesy but addictive at the same time, kind of like all the other shows on that channel. I used to love all the old school ones like Sabrina and Saved by the bell and Two of a Kind

Ahah, I love the part where it's all, "Now time for a hillbilly moment!" and Drake and Amanda come out, and Amanda's all, "Knock-knock!" "Who's there?" "[Place random thing here, say, a lamp]!" "[Lamp] who?" "I'm gonna hit you in the head with a [lamp]!" Then she hits him, and he's all, "That's a good one."
