[Warning: Totes Off-Topic]Okay, well, there's a music thread and a book thread, so why not a television thread as well? What's your favorite television show? Hmm. That's so easy. My favorite TV show is Hetalia, an anime based off a popular manga series. It's vaguely about the alliance between Italy, Germany, and Japan during WWI and WWII when they were against France, the UK, America, and Russia. And basically all the countries are people. America is a man named Alfred, England is a man named Arthur, and Spain is a man named Antonio. But they all call each other by the name of their country. It's incredibly funny, and has been subbed and dubbed. Each episode is just five minutes long. There is foul language, but it's used pretty humorously. So, yeah. What's your favorite TV show?

Even though I've never actually WATCHED most of these anime shows on a television, my favourites would be Death Note, Inuyasha and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.
If we're not talking Anime then HANDS DOWN: Two and a Half Men :)!

The only other anime I watched rather than Hetalia is Dragonauts, as I'm rather not into anime. But Hetalia is epic. Yeah, I'm not really talking anime, just all TV shows in general.

I don't have very many favourites... For cartoon programs, it's Family Guy and The Simpsons. I love NCIS as well, and CSI and CSI: New York. I guess that's basically it...

I'm a cult follower of 'Supernatural' . I started watching it by mistake when it first aired here, I was only twelve and it would have scared me half to death, but by when I was preparing to have nightmares for however long, I found that I was actually smiling at the thought of the banter between the Winchester brothers. Now a days I'm not too easily scared Currently the plot is a bit off course, and the whole care-free banter and practical jokes thing has dissapeared, but its just such a creative show that its hard not to like it. I envy the screen writers Other than that *looks at box sets*, I watch pretty much everything, Pretty Little Liars, Covert Affairs, Teen Wolf, Glee, Grey's Anatomy, Miami Medical, Trauma, Off The Map, all the CSI's except Miami since the death of Jesse, Roswell, Tru Calling, Leverage, Bones, Silent Witness, Primeval, Dexter, Friends, True Blood (back soon ), Gilmore Girls, Big Bang Theory, Nikita, Harper's Island, HIMYM... you get the jist. I want to work behind the scenes on these sort of things - so I'm not totally without a life, it is my ambition to be helping to piece them together.

Especially Charlie and his hair... <3 I died a little when it was cancelled. My other favorites are Criminal Minds, Ghost Whisperer, Bones, Blue Bloods, The Mentalist, The Glades, Royal Pains, Medium, Merlin, Harper's Island (ha, my parents used to HATE that show , Monk, a little of Burn Notice, Futurama, American Dad, Family Guy, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Whose Line is it Anyway, and other random shows I forgot. Only I don't have a life.

Oh, I totally forgot about my old favorite show. I watched all three seasons in the course of one week and was heartbroken when it was cancelled. Kyle XY was my favorite TV show, and I was seething when it ended. I swear I wanted to go to the producers and strangle them, leaving me hanging like that. I also love Bones, Law and Order: SVU, Avatar: The Last Airbender, NCIS, and not much else. I don't watch television that much.

*off topic slightly* JESSE DIED!?!? I didn't know that! I think my life just lost its meaning... I know! It made no sense either. He was the first male lead that had been cast in any CSI, who was very attractive, and they killed him. I love Bruckheimer productions, but his trade mark seems to be swarms of beautiful women, and then a cast of not-so-nice looking men. They're still amazing actors, but Jesse was the first time I felt the playing field was evened and now he's gone and I refuse to watch Miami Ah yes, love Criminal Minds, Blue Bloods, Medium (R.I.P), The Mentalist etc...

I love Criminal Minds! I never watch it anymore, but when I did, it used to scare me for some reason (I'm a huge wuss). (What I've gathered from these threads is that a lot of Simmers are Crime show and Harry Potter freaks, heh.)

My favorite fiction TV show is Glee. Well actually, I sort of hate the plot but I love Britney and Sue and when they sing. My friends are all like, "I hate Glee! They ruin songs!", but that's my favorite part ! My favorite non-fiction TV show is River Monsters! So good! My favorite morning program is Despierta America. I started watching it to keep up with my Spanish (I can speak fluent Spanish because my nanny growing up spoke Spanish, but I haven't needed a nanny for a long time now) and it's actually really funny ;D! They like randomly break out in dance and they have American stars promoting movies that aren't good enough to be promoted on any other talk shows. Like this morning they interviewed Kevin James and Rosario Dawson, and they had this deep male spanish voiceover whenever they talked, and it was just so funny! /run-on sentencesAlso post-AP tests, I haven't really had any homework (the last day of school is technically today, but it's a half day so no one goes) in school. So I've been spending my free time watching TV on like megavideo. My favorite shows I've watched online would be Arrested Development (why did they cancel it? WHY?!?!?!) and British Skins (I finished all five seasons in one week, lol).

My God, I love Hetalia--so much so that I'll watch it dubbed despite the fact that the speakers on my computer are in such bad condition that they screech and hiss. I got my brother into it recently, too. But really, I'll take satire in any shape or form. I don't really follow any regular television show, and I don't really find most shows to be all that well-made. I do like Gilmore Girls and ANTM, though.

I'm rather addicted to Glee for the simple reason that it makes me smile. Other favourites include Only Fools and Horses, Outnumbered, Come Dine With Me (seriously, the narrator guy is just a genius!), The Apprentice, and Strictly Come Dancing as well as others which I now can't remember for the life of me!

Hahaha I lied. I just thought of tonnes more of my favourites... The Apprentice is actually my semi-favourite program at the moment. So into it! JIM FTW! <3 I also like comedy shows like Mock The Week ('Dave' viewing at it's best...) and Fast and Loose (sounds wrong, but it's not..) which was my favourite Friday night show for ages after they changed the night NCIS was on... Come Dine With Me... Aaahhh... My family are practically addicted to that program, except me, but I've got to say, I do enjoy it. Oh, and to throw this in; I loved Jamie's 30 Minute Meals

I've asked around twenty different people if they've ever heard of Hetalia, and every one of them said no. Bleh. I love that show to pieces. My laptop is really quiet, so everything has to be on full blast for me to hear anything correctly.
