i1092.photobucket.com/albums/i403/tehcowmooed/Symqhony/title.jpg With all the creativity and new things being made around here, I decided I wanted to join in; and here is my contribution! Peggy's #8040 mesh Pook'd, with seven naturals and a blue neon to boot. I've always hated Peggy's textures, so I hope you all enjoy these as much as I do!volatile, dynamite, pyrotechnic, depthcharge mailbomb, explosive, napalm, safetyfuse
All files are clearly labeled so you can easily sort through them. This IS my first time retexturing hair though, so if I have not binned them properly (or anything else) please let me know! Enjoy them.

Beautiful! Thanks for the share; I have this mesh with Peggy's textures, but I really don't like them too well, so these are great. Bene'd!

I know what you mean. I always curse Peggy for picking the worst textures to place on their beautiful hairs - which is why I looked for one to try my retexture one. Thank you though!

These are gorgeous! So much nicer than Peggy's colours. And they're binned! (I'm OCD about my hairs being binned, I really am.) Thank you so much!

Congratulations on your first hair re-texture!
How is hair re-texturing? I've always wanted to try it myself, but I've always been scared off by the seeming complexity of it.

I know how you feel, so was I at first. It's actually a lot simpler then it looks, though. I followed this tutorial at Garden of Shadows which was amazingly easy to follow. When it came to binning the hair though, I was a little confused. When you finish and upload, it automatically goes to the custom bin. I looked around and it ended up being quite simple. You have to have SimPE and also download the Colour Binning Tool Add-On for that as well.

Wow, that's some tedious work. In the two times that I've ever re-textured a hair--if you can even call it that; it was more like re-coloring, to be honest--I had that same issue with the binning. I think that's what really scared me off, 'cause the process seemed too complicated.
Thanks for the tutorial, Caitlin!
